SESSION 1

In this two-day workshop, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of concrete crafting and design while creating their own custom planters and dishes using beautiful marbling techniques. Students will learn about concrete types, mixing ratios, mold preparation, pigmentation, marbling effects, proper curing, and finishing methods.
Throughout the class, each participant will design and cast at least 3–4 unique concrete pieces, including small planters and decorative dishes, guided step-by-step.

In Session 1, we’ll cover the fundamentals of concrete—exploring molds, understanding color theory, and learning how to properly mix and pour into your molds.
