Pressed Flower Frames & Desert Terrariums

  • Craft Room Homewood 169 Oxmoor Road Birmingham, AL, 35209 United States (map)

Bring a bit of the outdoors inside with a hands-on botanical workshop led by Astrid Jerez of Vivatia Plants! Whether you want to build a thriving miniature desert in a repurposed glass vessel or preserve the delicate beauty of botanicals in a thrifted frame, this session offers a sustainable creative escape for makers of all ages.

Astrid will guide you through your choice of project—either the structural layering of a desert terrarium or the artistic arrangement of a pressed flower botanical frame. No prior experience is needed; you’ll leave with a finished piece of living art and the confidence to keep it thriving.
